SEASAC GYMNASTICS COMPETITION 2009-10

VENUES: United World College South East Asia, Dover Campus

COMPETITION DATES: 4-6 December 2009

COMPETITION 1 - Friday 4^th December                             4pm-9pm       Levels 4 & 5 MAG & WAG Individual and team competitions

COMPETITION 2 - Saturday 5^th December                        7am-11am     Level 1 Individual and team competition MAG & WAG

11am-3pm     Level 2 Individual and team competition MAG & WAG

3pm-7pm-      Level 3 Individual and team competition MAG & WAG

COMPETITION 3 - Sunday 6^th December                           7am-1pm-      Individual Apparatus finals for levels 3, 4 & 5 WAG

All institutions will be notified in advance if this change in schedule is to occur, these should be minor and not effect finishing times.

WAG - the girls are competing at Woman's Artistic Gymnastics levels 1 to 5 on floor, beam, vault and uneven bars. A team must consist of a minimum of three and no more than six gymnasts. Gymnasts can be entered as individuals if the school hasn't enough gymnasts to form a team.

MAG - the boys are competing at Men's Artistic Gymnastics level 1, 2, 3 and 4 on six different apparatus (floor, pommel, vault, rings, high bar and parallel bar). A team must consist of a minimum of three and no more than six gymnasts. Gymnasts can be entered as individuals if the school hasn't enough gymnasts to form a team.

AGE GROUPS - The cut-off date for the age groups is age as of 4^th December 2009

INDICATION OF GYMNASTS ATTENDING:

At this stage could schools please give an indication of the number of gymnasts that they are expecting to enter - Ages / Levels / WAG or MAG - by 3pm on Friday 9^th October 2009.  Confirmation of gymnast's attendance will be made by entry form (to be sent out later).
