ISY FAMILY FUN FAIR 2012
MARCH 3, 2012 (SATURDAY)
3:00PM –8:00PM

3:00-4:30 pm Games
4:30 -8:00pm Entertainment And Raffles.
Entrance fee is Kyats 3000 which includes a raffle ticket. If you are interested in buying more please buy on the upper court.

3.Entertainment- If you are interested in performing please see Young Chan our HSSC President or Jovanna Vice President .
4.Games- Our ISY clubs are invited to take part in the game as an opportunity for a fund raise together with HSSC.

The High School Student Council cordially invites you to the Fun Fair at the International School Yangon on the 3rd of March, 2012 from 3:00 to 8:00 P.M. This Fun Fair is organized by the High School Student Council, and proceeds from the Fun Fair will benefit local charities and High school activities.
How you can participate in this event:
Your contribution may include donations such as gift vouchers, airplane tickets, clothing, electronics, food, or other miscellaneous items to our raffle program. Donations of prizes at our raffle help to ensure that your business gains exposure in our larger school community and it also supports a local charity.
Businesses such as restaurants, bakeries, handicrafts, souvenir shops, etc are welcome to set up sales booth at the Fun Fair. The Student Council will ask for a small portion of the proceeds. For further details, please feel free to contact Young Chan President or Dr. Winsome Saldanha ,Mr. James Williams Advisors (01-512-793). We look forward to hearing from you.
Another popular event at our Fun Fair is the Second Hand Sale. Contributions of any item which you are no longer using, which can be used by other individuals, are welcome to be donated. This provides yet another venue for you to help the needy charity.

It’s that time of the year again, clean out your closets for the annual ISY Fun Fair second-hand sale! Bring gently-used items to donate such as clothes, books, electronics or even shoes to Daw Winsome’s room, E203. The deadline is Friday, February 23 and proceeds go to charity so SPREAD THE WORD J

SEASAC Girls Softball March 22-25 Hosted By ISY
Any Sophomores, Juniors or Seniors that would be interested
in working during the SEASAC tournament or the weeks
leading up to it. Please let Mr Just know the who, what,
where, when and why you would like to assist with this
great tournament. Assistance in compiling the program,
promotion, scorers table, announcing, greeting, advertising,
communications.....anything and everything you have to offer
will be greatly appreciated. (Jr's & Sr's, this could be great for
those CAS points?!)

Elementary School Student Council is sponsoring SCHOOL SUPPLIES DRIVE for Myanmar orphanages and boarding houses. Please bring crayons, markers, pencils, pens, scissors, glue sticks, colored pencils, and any other school supplies. All donations will be collected in the next two weeks and delivered to schools and orphanages next month. Let's make a difference in other kids' lives by sharing simple school necessities! Thank you!
